The Annual Latin Arts and Music Festival is a vibrant VCHA tradition - an opportunity for the organization to introduce the community to local music and arts celebrating Hispanic heritage.

The Annual Latin Arts and Music Festival is the largest VCHA event of the year, attracting thousands of attendees from counties. The objective is to bring people together to honor Hispanic Heritage Month with displays of artwork, local youth group demonstrations, and live music performed by internationally known artists.

Businesses that take part in this event will benefit from marketing that reaches a substantial community base. VCHA's media partners actively promote this event

via television, radio, and newspaper ads.

VCHA is dedicated to knowledge sharing and educating the community, and the Annual Back-to-School Fair is held in observation of this important VCHA objective. At this annual event, VCHA brings together volunteers, government agencies, and businesses to help children and families prepare for the upcoming school year.

The VCHA Back-to-School Fair is your go-to source for education tools and information.

This year we have partnered with the City of Deltona Fire Dept.

Parrandas is Christmas caroling Puerto Rican style utilizing special instruments (Maracas, Guiro and el Cuatro - 10 string guitar. Friends gather late in the evening to go from one house to the next singing traditional songs. At each house they stop for a while and party, then they go to the next house. Often members of the house join the parranda and it grows in numbers during the evening. We celebrate at the Deltona Amphitheater with traditional music and activities for the families.

VCHA supports and encourages higher education. Our mission is to increase the number of Hispanic college graduates by providing scholarships and assistance to students and their families.

We envision a future when every Hispanic household benefits from someone in the family with a college degree, creating an enduring impact for generation to come.
